Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mndeskripsikan optimalisasi pembelajaran matematika untuk siswa autis di sekolah dasar negeri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di SDN 01 Bolong Karanganyar dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 1 siswa autis yang berada di kelas 4, Guru kelas 4, serta 1 orang tua siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan analisis dokumen. Data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak autis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam memahami konsep-konsep dasar matematika. Pendekatan yang inklusif, penggunaan berbagai strategi pembelajaran, serta peran aktif orang tua dan guru sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran anak autis.
