Abstrak

Integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran IPA menjadi kebutuhan mendesak seiring karakteristik Generasi Z yang melek digital. Penelitian ini mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis SCRATCH MIT pada materi rangkaian listrik sederhana untuk siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Ngraji. Menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) Borg & Gall (tahap 1–7), studi ini melibatkan 32 siswa sebagai subjek uji coba. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes hasil belajar, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil validasi ahli materi (92%) dan media (89%) menunjukkan kelayakan produk, sementara uji coba lapangan mengungkap peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman konsep (N-gain 0,72) dan motivasi belajar siswa (87% respon positif). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis SCRATCH MIT efektif dalam mengakomodasi gaya belajar generasi Z yang interaktif dan berorientasi visual. Implikasi penelitian menekankan pentingnya adaptasi teknologi dalam kurikulum IPA sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan literasi sains dan keterampilan abad ke-21.
